Parking at The Park Apartments
Allocated Resident Parking
Each apartment has a specifically assigned car space. Parking in any space not allocated to you is trespassing.
Visitor Parking in Seisman Place
There are 10 visitor parking spaces available in Seisman Place.
Please note:
- These spaces are small and are not suitable for caravans, boats, campervans, large vans or trucks.
- Ample off-street parking is nearby on Graham Street, Pickles Street and Liardet Street.
Council Enforcement
The Park Apartments has an arrangement with the City of Port Phillip to control parking in Seisman Place. Council officers can issue infringement notices.
No warnings notices are provided. Please check and follow all posted parking signs, as restrictions are strictly enforced.
Visitor & Tradesperson Parking Behind 83-85 Pickles Street
The 13 parking spaces behind 83 and 85 Pickles Street (accessed via Seisman Place) are reserved for:
- Visitors to the complex
- Tradespeople completing work in residents' apartments.
These spaces must not be used for permanent resident parking.
Trade Access Requirements
It is essential that secure parking remains available for tradespeople. Please remember that work is permitted only between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Prohibited Use
This area must not be used for storing:
- Campervans
- Caravans
- Boats
- Trailers
