The Park Apartments operates as an Embedded Electrical Network (EEN), giving all residents access to more cost-effective electricity rates.

Phone Services
Residents may choose any preferred phone service provider.

Broadband Internet
The Park Apartments supports two broadband options:
- NBN (Fibre to the Basement - FTTB). Residents can connect via any NBN-approved retail service provider. Contact NBN here.
- TPG FTTB. TPG has installed a separate high-speed Fibre to the Basement (FTTB) to the complex.
Residents can choose either service based on preference and availability.
Pay TV (Foxtel)
The building is equipped with an integrated MATV system supporting both free-to-air and Foxtel services.
- Any television outlet in your apartment can receive Foxtel via the building's system.
- To subscribe, residents must contact Foxtel directly for packages and to arrange installation of a decoder.
Important: Residents must not install external aerials or satellite dishes. All connections must use the building's MATV system.
