General Information

The Owners Corporation have detailed important information relevant to The Park Apartments on this website.

Common property refers to all areas outside individual apartments including paths, stairs, foyers, gardens and internal roads.  Residents, their families and visitors are asked not to use the common property in a manner that unreasonably interferes with the enjoyment of other residents.

Personal items such as bicycles, furniture, prams or bags of rubbish are not to be left or stored in the hallways or any other part of the common property.

Residents are not permitted to conduct businesses from their car spaces.

As this is a communal living area, it is in everyone's best interest to maintain the existing high standard at The Park Apartments.
