The Owners Corporation has prepared the following information to help all residents understand their responsibilities and ensure The Park Apartments remains a safe, clean, and enjoyable place to live.

Use of Common Property

Common property includes all shared areas outside individual apartments, such as:

• Pathways
• Stairwells
• Foyers
• Gardens
• Internal roads
• Hallways and lift lobbies

Residents, their families, and visitors must use common property in a way that does not unreasonably interfere with the comfort or enjoyment of others.

To maintain safety and cleanliness, please ensure:

• No personal items (bicycles, prams, furniture, rubbish bags, etc.) are left or stored in hallways or any part of the common property.
• Car spaces are not used for business purposes or as operational work areas.

Maintaining Our Community Standards

The Park Apartments is a communal living environment, and it is in everyone’s best interest to maintain the high standards of presentation and behaviour within the building.
