The Park Apartments has a full-time Building Manager responsible for security, general maintenance, cleaning and the gardens.
VBCS provide our Owners Corporation Manager who is responsible for administrative tasks including fee collection, paying accounts, financial reporting, legal corporation matters and providing administrative support for the Owners Corporation committees.
The Building Manager's office is located next to the gymnasium. All contacts from residents to our Building Manager, Mal Jeka, must be via our website Maintenance Request & Query Form (thepark.org.au)
The Building Manager is available on-site between 8am and 4pm (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). In cases of emergency outside these hours, leave a message on the mobile number (0400 360 016) and also complete a Maintenance Request & Query Form. Please ensure these are genuine emergencies.
