Building Management at The Park Apartments
Building Management Services are provided by Maintaining Melbourne.
The Park Apartments has a full-time Building Manager who overseas building security, general maintenance, cleaning services and the gardens.
Our Owners Corporation (OC) Manager, provided by Victoria Body Corporate Services (VBCS) is responsible for administrative and compliance functions, including fee collection, accounts management, financial reporting, legal matters and support for the Owners Corporation Committees.

Office Location: Next to the gymnasium
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am-4:00pm (excluding public holidays)
All resident and owner enquiries must be submitted through the Maintenance Request & Query Form (thepark.org.au)
Please do not contact the Building Manager by text or email.
All requests must be lodged via the online form to ensure correct logging and response.

For urgent matters outside business hours:
- Leave a voicemail on 0400 360 016
- Complete a Maintenance Request & Query Form.
Please ensure the issue is a genuine emergency requiring immediate attention.

Outside Building Manager hours, residents can contact Excell Security on 1800 800 476 for issues relating to common property.

- Security services apply only to common areas.
- Issues or disturbances within private apartments must be referred to the Victoria Police on 000.
- Security personnel are not authorised to enter private apartments under any circumstances.
